Jupyter 上讓Python與R共存

一般在 Jupyter上運行Python沒有問題

但若Jupyter 運行R

要怎麼做？

找到一些資料如下

• Anaconda 上安裝 R，讓Python與R共存
• Anaconda安裝R：R_Python整合
• R kernel for Jupyter Notebook

我的測試環境是Ubuntu 14.04/ R3.3版/ 已安裝完Anaconda

使用指令如下：

• pip3 install –upgrade pip
• conda update anaconda
• conda install -c r r-essentials
• jupyter notebook

完成囉，可以在Jupyter上用R惹
